Distances: 500 yd swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
First wave starts at 7:00 AM with 8 people and continues every 30 minutes
Fees:
$35 per individual
$70 per team of three
All events chip-timed.
All heats will be posted Friday evening before the competition at www.competitorschoicetimingspecialist.com.
Please check in at least 30 minutes before your heat for body marking and bike fit.
